R201 9-43 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPRUVAL OF MASTER CONTRACT, <br /> PARTICIPATING ADDENDUM TO T�IE MASTER C4NTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA AND GILLIG, LLC WITH ADDITIONAL <br /> CLAUSES REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF ILLINOIS PERMITTING THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR TO PURCHASE LOW FLOOR TRANSIT BUSES <br /> NOT TO EXCEED $424,000 PER BUS <br /> BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CITI' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Master Contract1 Participating Addendum to the Master Contract, and <br /> Addendum containing additional clauses required by the State of Illinaisl herewith attached as <br /> Exhibit A, between the City of Decatur, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and Gillig, LLC, <br /> authorizing the purchase and delivery of up ta eighteen{l 8} 1ow floor buses be received, placed <br /> an file, and appraved. <br /> Section 2.
