<br /> This Co�tract contains the terms end canditions by which Commanwealth agenaies, institutions, and pther public
<br /> bodiss as detined in Virginia Cade§2.2-A3Q1,entitlad"Defiinitior�s"af the Yirgrnfa Pubiic ProcuremerttAcf{VPPA),as
<br /> amend�d, arsd hereinafter referred to as"Authorized Users," are to �acquire(new}heavyduty, iow-f�oor transit buses,
<br /> including all related integra! or peripheral component equipment, products, materiais, parts, nr supplies (Buses),
<br /> together with ali warranty, itta[�1fetla�tCe, repair and supparf services(„Serv�ces'} �reeded#o ensure that all Suses and
<br /> Equipment acquired under ihe Gontract can be operated, serviced, and maintained by Authorized Users in
<br /> accordance with aQ pertinent operating standards and performance speciticatinns of the Can#sacta-, or ariginal
<br /> equiprnant rnanufacfurer{"C}EM)fqr any third-party Produc#s or Servicas provided by the Contractar under this Master

<br /> {"DRPT"}. Therefore,Contractor agrees that all Products and Services provided witfiin scope of ihis Contracf shali be
<br /> provided to all Authorized Users in a manner that assists the DRPT in its core mission to facilitate and improve the
<br /> mobility oF all citizens of the Commornvealth and to promoie the effseient transpo�# af gopds and people in a sa#e,
<br /> reliable and cos#-e#fective manner, with a transit gaal fo sxpand or imprave transpartation choiees in Virginia and as
<br /> embadied in C�RPT's web site http://www.drpt.virginia.gov/about-us/core-mission.

<br /> Commanwealth is a national leadef in undersianding and meeking cusfomer needs,and is a leader in cantract
