BUS DELIVERY NOTIFiGAT10N <br /> Contractar shatt aotify the Authorized User na less than two {2} €u(! business days p�riar to delivery af Buses or <br /> Equipment so Authorixed User persannel can be availabfe to aUow access to their facility,verify items received, and <br /> perform any Services needed to prepare Equipmenf for safa operations. PROMOTlONAL DISCQU�lTS <br /> Fo�eny special or promo#ional sale p�ices, reductions, or other discounts provided to any Autharized User eligible to <br /> use this Contract, Gontractor shat(immediefely extend and provide notification ofi such saie prices or discou�f�to the <br /> Commornvealth and at( other Authctrized Users. Such notice shat# aiso advlse the d�ration af the speclfic saie or <br /> discount price. The Contract Manager shall be prouided notice in aduance of any such prc�mokiorial dlscount bsing <br /> extend�d to any Authorized User that is eGgible to utilize this Con#ract. <br /> 35. INSPECTIGNtLATENT DEFECTS <br /> A!! Products are s�bject to inspectior� and test, as provide herein under the provision entifled Testing and Inspectian. <br /> Products that do not meei specifications may be rejected. Failure to reject, however, does not relieue the Cantractor <br /> af liability for latent or hidden defect�subsequently reveaied when Producfs are used after acceptance has accurred. <br /> If latenf defecfs are faund at any Gme during the term af#his Contract, the Gantractor shal( repa#r ar replace ths � <br /> defective Prc7ducts.
