<br /> 36. ACCEPTANCE �
<br /> Following Dellvery, ali Praducts (to include diagnostic pa�ts, but not Busesj shait be desmed accepted by the �

<br /> , reasonabie and necessary by the Authorized User ("Acceptence"). Within �iiteen ('15} days after arrivai at the j
<br /> . designated point �f delivary, eacM Bus shall undergo the Aukhorized Users tests. If the Bus passes these tests, ;
<br /> acceptance af the 8us by the Authori2ed Users occurs on the fftaenth day a#ter delivery. Accep#ance may occur '
<br /> eariier if the Authorized Users notifies the Contrac#or of eariy acceptance or piaces the Bus in revenue service. If the ;

<br /> Acceptance shali be dacumented in wri�ing and sent tc� the Cantractor via email, letter,or a�y ather such writing as
<br /> agreed upon by the Auihori2ed User and the Co�tractor. Warranfy shati cammence upan the date of Acceptance.
<br /> Should Products/Buses be deemed by the Authorized User to be not acceptabie,then the Autho�ized User shaii reject
<br /> Productst8uses, in avriting. Prc�viding the Con#ractvr with $uch details as needed in wri#3ng as ta tl�e reason why
<br /> Products/euses are dsemed not ta be acceptablelmeet speciflca#ions.
<br /> 39. WARRANTY1MAtNTENANCE(8uses}
<br /> Upon Acceptance oF Buses by an Authorized User, and to ensure the maximum safety, pratection and satisfactian to
<br /> any Auth4rized User,and ta their passengers,Contrac�ar agrees#hat any new Bus shall be provided with an iNtial 1-
<br /> yead50,000-mile (whichever comes first) bumper-to-6umper new vehicie warranty{"Warrant}r'}, as foiiows: Warranty
<br /> is to inciude all Buses and Integrai and peripheral components, materfials, parts, assemblies and subassemblies e.g.,
<br /> body, chassis,engine, transmissian,c�ling, drive train, susparrsian,eiectrical and manuai controls,steering, sfarter .
<br /> and al#ernator, safety equipment, heater and air conditioning,etc. necessary to keep Bus in good operating co�dition
<br /> a�d preserve its operating efficiency in accordance wf#h alt OEM technica! specifcatians ar�d ope�ating standards.
<br /> The rights and temedies provided herein are in addi#ion to and da not iirrtiit#hnse avaifable to any Aufhorized User by
<br /> any other Contractual provision,or as provided in law.
<br /> YVarranty/Maintenance repai�s shali be made onsite af Ehe Authorized User's locatian. Narmat war�anty work (other
<br /> than that work �equired to be perfarmed by sub-suppliers)will be perFormed by the Authatized User's maintenance
<br /> departmen#and reimbursed by GIl�IG at fhe dacumented warranty labor rate af$75.
<br /> Wa�rantylMaintenance excludes the fa4lowing narma!wear items: tires, fitter, and wiper blades, Ifght bulbs(including
<br /> headlamp assembiies}, seais and gaskets, a� Filters, air filters, #uel fr!#ers, bushings, belts, brake linings and brake
<br /> drums. Selected optionai component equipment e.g., cameras, radios, GPS, etc., may be provided wi#h a separate
<br /> Warrantylmaintenance prov�sion, but such Watrantylmaintenance sha11 be provided scxfeiy in accordanca wsth #he
<br /> �pricing schedule,attached hereto.
<br /> WarrantylMaintenance o#Buses shall not includa any work that is eYc#err�al to fhe Bus, the furr►ishing of supplies, c�r
<br /> adding or removing accessoriss, attachments, or a#her equipmenk that is npt provided under this Contract.
<br /> Malntenance c�f Bus alsa sha!! nat inckude repair of damage that is the direct resu!#fram the operationaf use t►y the
<br /> Aufhor'rzed User or from accident, unless the accident is caused by negligent or intentianal acts ar pmissia�s c�f
<br /> Contractor or iks agents.
<br /> Contractor shali not be responsible for fhe cost of any WarrantylMaintenance repair due to fi�e direci resutt af art
<br /> Authorized Use�'s intentional failure to properiy use, maintain, and care for the Products as outlined in the
<br /> c{acumentation or rnanuats pravided by fhe ContraG#or. Authorized Users are advissd to main#ain copies of all
<br /> maintenance r�ecords and receipts for review by the Contractor.
