This language is similar to past City-State agreements the Czty has <br /> entered into. <br /> 6. Clause 10 states that the Mayor will approve the plans and specificatians for the paving project. City staff has reviewed the <br /> plans and specifications and has determined that they meet the requirements and needs of the City. The plans are on file in <br /> the PubIic Works Department affice. <br /> SCHEDULE: It is anticipated that work will begin this summer with a final campletion in 2d20. <br /> PRIQR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> There have been na prior Council actions an this item. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Illinois Department of Transportation <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell,Public Works Director,Paui Caswell,City Engineer.Matt Newell will be in attepdance at <br /> the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGETITIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: Funding for the praposed project will be from the State MFT,Sanitary Sewer and Water fund.The agreement is <br /> for$85,900A0 with pravision that the Council will appropriate additional funds if needed to cover the City's portian of the <br /> project. <br /> Staffing Impact: The Illinois Department af Transportation will manage this project.
