Since the scope is negotiated upfront,we are able to establish this price at the beginning of the contract. ■ Retained Senrices denotes a variable scope determined by the Owner. Since the scope cannot 6e fixed at the beginning of the contract,#he fee is a lump sum amount against which labor will be billed on the basis o#our stendard hourly bitling ra#es for actual work time perfarmed plus reimbursement of out-of-packet expenses includin�travel costs. Labor rates differ for Concentric staff members. Retained Services are requested an a case-by-case basis and are approved by a responslbie representative of the Owner. • Please see the attached R.ate Sheet far our cu�rent hourly billing rates.
