AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT OF SALE <br /> THIS AMENDMENT to the CONTRACT OF SALE previously entered into by the <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, an Illinois municipal corporation ("Seller") and the DECATUR MACON <br /> COLJNTY OPPORTLINITIES CORPORATION, an Illinois Not for Profit Corporation <br /> ("Buyer") is entered into under the consideration,terms and conditions previously entered into <br /> and is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 5 of the CONTRACT OF SALE shall be amended to extend the closing to <br /> sixty(60) days after the effective date of this AMENDMENT as follows, <br /> `5. Closing. The time and place of settlement("closing") shall be fixed by <br /> mutual agreement of the parties not more than sixty(60) days after the effective date of <br /> this Amendment.' <br /> with all rernaining language of Paragraph 5 remaining as set forth in the original CONTRACT <br /> OF SALE. <br /> 2. Exhibit A to the CONTRACT OF SALE previously entered into shall be amended to <br /> include an additional parcel 04-12-11-304-014. <br /> 3.
