SECTION III. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES The City shail, A. FURNISH REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIt�NS. Pravide alt criteria and full information as to the City's reguirements for the Project, including objectives and canstraints, space,capacity and performance requirements,flex'rbility and expandability,econamic parameters and any budgetary limitations;and furnish copies of all design anc!constructian standards as required. , B. FURNISH INFORMATION. Assist the Prafessional Service Provider by placing at the Professianal Service Provider's disposal all available infnrmation pertinent to the Project including previous reports and any other data relative to design ar construction of the Project. C. FURNI�H TECHN�CAL INFORMATI4N. Furnish to the Prafessional Service Provider,as reqnired for perfarmance af the Prafessianat Service Provider's Basic Services(except to the extent provided atherwise in Exhibit A, "Scape af Work"},data prepared by or services of others,including withaut limitation,care borings,probings and subsurface exploratians,hydrographic surveys, laboratary tests and inspections af samples,materials and equipment;appropriate prQfessional interpretations of alt of the foregoing;enviranmental assessment and impact statements;properiy, boundary,easernent,right-of-way,topographic and utiiity surveys;property descriptians;zoning, deed and other land use�•estriction;all of which the Prnfessional Service Pravider may rely upon in pexforming the Professional Service Provider`s services. D. SURVEIrS AND REFERENCE POINTS. Pravide field contral surveys and estabtish referenc� paints and base lines except to the e�ctent pravided otherwise in Section II to enab(e the Contractor(s} to praceed with the layc�ut 4f t1�e work. E. ACCESS TO PROPERTY. Arrange for access ta and make al]provisions for the Professional Service Provider ta enter upan public and private property as required for the Professional Service Prc►vider to perform the Professionai Service Pravider's services. F. REVIEW DOCU�4'LENTS. Examine all stadies,reports,sketches,drawings,s�cifications, praposals and ather documents presented by the Professional Service Provider,obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor and other consultants as the City's Representatzve deems appropriate for such examination and rendex in writing decisions pertainit�g thereto within a reasonable titne so as not to delay the servic�s of the Professional Service Provider. ' G. OBTAIN APPRCIVALS AND PERMITS. Furnish approvals and permits from aII governmental authorities having jurisdictian over the Praject and such approvats and consents from others as may be necessary for completion af the Project. � H. ACCOtTNTING LEGAL AND INSURANCE SERVICE. Provide such accounting, independent cost estimating and insurance counseling services as may be required for the Project, such iegal services as the City's Representative may require ar the Professional Service Pravider may reasonably request with regard to legat issues pertaining to the Project including any that may be raised by the Cantractorts},such auditing service as the City's Representative may require to ascertain haw or for what purpose any Contractar has used the maneys paid to him under the constnzetion contract,and svch inspection services as the City's Representative may require ta ascertain that the Contractor(s)are comptying with any law,rule ar regulativn applicable to their performance of the wark except as otherwise pravided in Section II.
