FURNISH INFORMATION. Assist the Prafessional Service Provider by placing at the <br /> Professianal Service Provider's disposal all available infnrmation pertinent to the Project including <br /> previous reports and any other data relative to design ar construction of the Project. <br /> C. FURNI�H TECHN�CAL INFORMATI4N. Furnish to the Prafessional Service Provider,as <br /> reqnired for perfarmance af the Prafessianat Service Provider's Basic Services(except to the extent <br /> provided atherwise in Exhibit A, "Scape af Work"},data prepared by or services of others,including <br /> withaut limitation,care borings,probings and subsurface exploratians,hydrographic surveys, <br /> laboratary tests and inspections af samples,materials and equipment;appropriate prQfessional <br /> interpretations of alt of the foregoing;enviranmental assessment and impact statements;properiy, <br /> boundary,easernent,right-of-way,topographic and utiiity surveys;property descriptians;zoning, <br /> deed and other land use�•estriction;all of which the Prnfessional Service Pravider may rely upon in <br /> pexforming the Professional Service Provider`s services. <br /> D. SURVEIrS AND REFERENCE POINTS. Pravide field contral surveys and estabtish referenc� <br /> paints and base lines except to the e�ctent pravided otherwise in Section II to enab(e the Contractor(s} <br /> to praceed with the layc�ut 4f t1�e work. <br /> E. ACCESS TO PROPERTY. Arrange for access ta and make al]provisions for the Professional <br /> Service Provider ta enter upan public and private property as required for the Professional Service <br /> Prc►vider to perform the Professionai Service Pravider's services. <br /> F. REVIEW DOCU�4'LENTS. Examine all stadies,reports,sketches,drawings,s�cifications, <br /> praposals and ather documents presented by the Professional Service Provider,obtain advice of an <br /> attorney, insurance counselor and other consultants as the City's Representatzve deems appropriate <br /> for such examination and rendex in writing decisions pertainit�g thereto within a reasonable titne so as <br /> not to delay the servic�s of the Professional Service Provider. ' <br /> G. OBTAIN APPRCIVALS AND PERMITS. Furnish approvals and permits from aII governmental <br /> authorities having jurisdictian over the Praject and such approvats and consents from others as may <br /> be necessary for completion af the Project. � <br /> H. ACCOtTNTING LEGAL AND INSURANCE SERVICE.
