J. HOLD HARMLESS. The Professional Service Provider shal! procure aiid maintain at his own cost and expense,any addrtional kinds and amounts of insurance that, in the Professional Service Provider's own judgrnent,may be necessary for the Professional $ervice Provider's proper protection in the prosecution of the work.Neiti�er Party shatl be liabie to the atlaer Party for incidental, indrrect, special or cansequential damages. K. COPYRIGHT ASSIGNIVIENT. The Professional Service Provider assigns to the City any and ali of Prafessional Service Provider's rights under copyright laws for work prepared by the Professional Service Provrder, its employees, subcontractors or agents in connection with this Cantract,including ' any and all rights to register said copyright,renewal rights,determirzation rights and irtapart rights_ The Professionai Service Pravider agrees to execute any additional documents the City may request to effectuate the assignment of said capyright. L. NO BID RIGGING BID ROTATIQN. The Professianal Service Provider certi�es, in aecorclance with Section 33E-11 of the Illinois Criminal Code,that the Prafessional Serviee Provider is not barred frorn bxdding on contracts as a result of a violation of either SectiQn 33E-3, Bid Rigging,or Sectian 338-4,Bid Rotating,of the Illinois Criminal Code,The Professional Service Provider so certifies in the Nan-Coltusion Statement, attached and marked herein as Exhibit G and incorparated herein by reference. M. N4 DELIN,QUENT TAXES. The Professional Service Provider agrees that it is not delinquent in payment af any and all ta�ces in any State or any political subdivisions therein and sl�all so certify in the Affidavit of No Delinquent Taxes,attachsd and marked herein as E�ibit G,and incorporated herein by reference.
