A. The following words and terms are defined in the preambles. <br /> City <br /> Council <br /> Enabling Ordinance <br /> Prior Bonds <br /> Project <br /> Project Bonds <br /> Refunding <br /> Refunding Bonds <br /> B. The following words and terms are defined as set forth. <br /> "Act"means,collectively,the Illinois Municipal Code,as supplemented and amended,the <br /> home rule powers of the City under Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution of 1970 <br /> and the Enabling Ordinance adopted pursuant to such home rule powers; and, in the event of <br /> conflict between the provisions of said code and home rule powers,the home rule powers shall be <br /> deemed to supersede the provisions of said code. <br /> `Bond" or "Bonds" means one or mare, as applicable, of the not to exceed $9,300,000 <br /> General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the City, authorized to be issued by this Ordinance. <br /> "Bond Fund" means the Bond Fund established and defined in Section 15 of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> `Bond Notification" means each Bond Notification as authorized to be executed by the <br /> Designated Officials of the City in Section 14 of this Ordinance and by which the final terms of <br /> Bonds will be established. <br /> "Bond Register" means the books of the City kept by the Bond Registrar to evidence the <br /> registration and transfer of the Bonds. <br /> -4- <br />
