ALLEY VACATION DESCRIPTION PARCEL 1 A Sixteen(16)foot alley located in Block 6 of Higgins Addition as per plat recorded in Book 97 on page 115 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois being more particularly described as follows:
