RIGHT OF WAY VACATION DESCRIPTIONS PARCEL TO BE VACATED A part of East Marietta Street being a Sixty(60)foot right of way lying West of West right of way of Warren Street and lying East of the Southerly extension of the West line of Lot 11 in Block 7 of Higgins Addition as per plat recorded in Book 97 on page 115 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 in Block 7 of said Higgins Addition; thence South 60 feet to the South right of way line of said Marietta Street; thence West along the said South right of way line of Marietta Street to the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 11 in Block 7 of Higgins Addition; thence North to the Southwest corner of Lot 11 in Block 7 of said Higgins Addition; thence East to the point of beginning.
