ALLEY VACATION DESCRIPTIONS A Sixteen (16)foot alley located in Block 6 of Higgins Addition as per plat recorded in Book 97 on page 115 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 in Block 6 of said Higgins Addition; thence South to the Northeast corner of Lot 30 in Block 6 of said Higgins Addition thence West to the Northwest corner of Lot 29 in Block 6 of said Higgins Addition; thence North to the Southwest corner of Lot 2 in Block 6 of said Higgins Addition; thence East to the point of beginning.
