Christy-Faltz, Inc. provided the Iowest responsible and responsive bid at 13.33% under the <br /> engineer's estimate. Christy-Foltz,Inc. has successfully completed many jobs af this type far the <br /> City. <br /> Contractars for City Pxojects shall comply with City Code Chapter 28, Articie I0,"Minority <br /> Participation Goals for Public Works Contracts." <br /> Contractars for City projects shall make a gaod faith effort to comply with the fallowing minimu�t <br /> goals: <br /> I. Ten{I O} percent of the tatal dollar amaunt of the contract should be perfar�ned by Minority <br /> Business Enterprises if subcontraeting opportunities are available; and, <br /> 2. Eighteen (18}percent af the total hours worked shauld be performed by minority workers. <br /> Subcontracting is not a requirement for City Projects. Christy-Foltz wili self-perform 43,4%of the <br /> contract and subcontract out the other 56.6%with 9.51°�o heing performed by Minority Business <br /> Enterprises(MBE).
