R.ESOLUTION NO. ����— I �'� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEV�LOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CENTRAL BA.PTIST CHURCH,FOR WATER MAIN AND ANCILLARY FACILITIES <br /> FOR 1275 WEST M4UNT GILEAD ROAD <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Development Agreement for Water Main and Ancillary Facilities for <br /> 1275 West Mount Gilead Road,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> hereof, between the City of Decatur and Central Baptist Church be, and the same is hereby <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
