Capitalized words and phrases used �n this Agreement have the foilowing meanings: <br /> "2 CFR Part 200"means the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles,and Audit Requirements for <br /> Federal Awards published in Title 2, Part 200 of the Code of Federa! Regulations. <br /> "Agreement"or"Grant Agreement"has the same meaning�s in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> `Allocable Costs"means costs allocabie to a particular cost obj��tive if the goods or services involved are chargeable <br /> or assignable to such cost objective in accordance with relative benefits received or other equitable relatianship. Costs <br /> allocable to a specific Program may not be shifted to other Programs in order to meet deficiencies caused by overruns or <br /> other fund considerations, to avoid rest�ictions imposed by law or by the terms of this Agreement, or for vther reasons of <br /> convenience. <br /> "Aliowabls Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "Award" has the same meaning as in 44 ill.Admin.Cade Part 7000. <br /> "Budget"has the same meaning as in 44 ili.Admin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "CFDA"or"Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance"has the sarne meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Ciose-out Report" means a report from the Grantee ailowing the Grantor to determine whether all applicable <br /> administrative actions and required work have been completed, and therefore cfoseout actions can commence. <br /> "Conflict of Inte�est"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "Consolidated Year-End Financial Report"means a financial info�mation presentation in which the assets, equity, <br /> liabilities, and operating accounts of an entity and its subsidiaries are combined(after eliminating all inter-entity <br /> transactions)and shown as belonging to a single reporting �ntity. <br /> "Cost Allocation Plan"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "CSFA"or"Catalog of State Financial Assistance"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code 7000. <br /> "Direct Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code P�rt 7000. <br /> "Disallowed Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Cc�de Part 7000. <br /> "DUNS Number"means a unique nine digit identification number provided by Dun&Bradstreet for each physical <br /> location of Grantee's organization. Assignment of a DUNS Number is mandatory for all organizations seeking an Award <br /> from the state of Illinois. <br /> "FAIN"means the Federal Award Identification Number. <br /> "FFATA"or"Federa! Funding Accountability and Transparency Act"has the same meaning as in 31 USC 6101; P.L. <br /> 110-252. <br /> "Financial Assistance"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "Fixed-Rate"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. "Fixed-Rate"is in contrast to fee-for- <br /> service,44 III.Admin.
