Code Part 7000. <br /> "Indirect Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 ill.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Indirect Cost Rate"means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each <br /> Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage)of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base. Code Part 7000. <br /> "Prior Approval"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Adrnin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "Pro�t"means an entity's total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. "Profit"is <br /> synonymous with"Net Revenue." <br /> "Program"means the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> "Program Costs"means all Allowable Costs incurred by G�antee and the value of the contributions made by third <br /> parties in accomplishing the objectives of the Award during the Terrr�of this Agreement. <br /> "Program Income"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.
