SCHEDULE: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION: <br /> Design work is nearing the 30%complete milestone. Ameren will begin relocating the substation <br /> upon approval of the Agreement by IDOT. The design is to be completed for a November 2020 <br /> IDOT project letting. Construction is planned to begin spring of 2021. <br /> BUDGET IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: The Local Public Agency Agreement is for$6,818,000 with$3,600,000 in Federal <br /> Freight Funds and $3,218,000 in City matching funds. It is expected that$2,000,000 of the City's <br /> expenditure for the utility relocation will be reimbursed by the Grade Crossing Protection Fund.
