(2} That all reports, plans, plats and special provisions to be furnished by the ENGINEER pursuant to the AGREEMENT,will be in accordance with current standard specifications and policies of the DEPARTMENI". !t is being understood that al! such reparts, plats, plans and drafts shall, before being finally accepted, be subject to approval by the LA and the DEPARTMENT. (3) To attend canferences at any reasonable time when requested to da so by representatives of the LA or the Department. (4} (n the event pians ar surveys are found to be in error during canstruction af the SECTION and revisions of the plans or survey corrections are necessary, the ENGINEER agrees that he will perfarm such work without expense to the LA, even though final payment has been received by him. Ne shall give immediate attention to these changes so there wrill be a minimum delay to the Contractor. (5) 7hat basic survey notes and sketches, charts, computations and other data prepared ar obtained by the Engineer pursuant to this AGREEMENT wi!! be made avaiiable, upon request, to the LR or the DEPARTMENT withaut casE and withaut restriction or limitations as ta their use. {6} That alE plans and other dacuments furnished by the ENGINEER pursuant ta this AGREEMENT will be endarsed by him and will shaw his professianal seal where such is required by law. The LA Agrees, 1. Ta pay the ENGiNEER as compensation for aif s�rvices performed as stipuiated in paragraphs 1a, 1g, 1i, 2, 3, 5 and 6 in accordance with paragraph 2 below. . a. ❑ A sum of maney equal ta percent of the awarded contract cost of the propased improvement as approved by the DEPARTMEN7. b. ❑ A sum of maney equal to the percent of the awarded contract cost for the proposed improvement as approved by the DEPARTMENT based on the foilowing schedule: Schedule for Percentages Based on Awarcled Contract Cast Awarded Cost Percentage Fees Under $5Q,40Q {see note} % �1fl °IO % °jo Note: Not necessarily a percentage. Could use per diem, cost-plus or lump sum. 2. Ta pay far services stipulated in paragraphs 1 b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f,1 h, 1j & 1 k af the ENGINEER AGREES at actual cast af performing such wark plus 174 percent to cover profit, averhead and readiness ta serve-"actual cast" being defined as material cost plus payrolls, insurance, social security and retirement deductions. Traveling and ather aut-of-packet expenses will be reimbursed to the ENGINEER at his actual cast. Subject ta the approval af the �A,#he ENGINEER may sublet all or part of the services provided under the paragraph 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1h, 1j & 1k. If the ENGINEER sublets all or part af ihis work, the�A will pay the cast to the ENGINEER plus a five{5}percen#service charge. Total cost will not exceed�$18,050.00 without written approva!frorn the LA. See Attachment 1 notes. "Cost ta Engineer"to be verified by furnishing the LA and the DEPARTMENT copies of invoices from the party doing the work. The classifications of the empSoyees used in the work shauld be cansistent with the employee classifica6ons for the services performed. 1f the personnel of the firrn, including the Principa( Engineer, pertorm routine services that should normally be performed by lesser-salaried personnel, the wage rate billed for such services shall be cotnmensurate with the wark perfarmed.
