That when appropriate signs are erected giving natice thereof,the driver of a <br /> vehicle on West Taft Street appraaching North Graceland Avenue from the east shall stop and yield <br /> the right-of-way to vehicles an North Graceland Avenue which have entered the intersection of said <br /> street or which are approaching so clasely thereta as to consi�itute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2.
