PAYMENT <br /> Charges for the services performed in this category will be paid by the City. The successful <br /> Contractor shall submit an itemized fee schedule of towing and storage fees and additional <br /> charges labeled Exhibit C. <br /> CALL FREQUENCY <br /> The City does not guarantee that a minimum number of tows will occur. <br /> The call frequency will average approximately one per week. <br /> EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE <br /> All tires will be supplied by the City. Emergency road service includes, but is not limited to, <br /> jump starting of City of Decatur vehicles,winch work,changing of flat tires. <br /> DAMAGES <br /> The Contractor is strictly liable for any and all damages caused by towing company to City <br /> property. <br /> NOTE: NO SUB-CONTRACTORS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY PORTION OF THIS <br /> CONTRACT. <br /> All general information, Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and <br /> basic specification requirements aze applicable to both Category One and Category Two of this <br /> bid. <br />
