EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> The following factors will be used to evaluate each bid: <br /> 1) Technical capability of the bidder to accomplish the scope of the work required in this <br /> Invitation For Bid. This includes performance history on past and cunent government or <br /> industrial contracts and responsiveness in understanding and stating of the work to be done, this <br /> also includes customer service history as well. <br /> 2) Demonstrated availability of the manpower necessary, (both supervisor and operational <br /> personnel), facilities, and necessary equipment to accomplish the scope of work in the Invitation <br /> For Bid. <br /> 3) Cost factors and financial capability of the bidder to perform in accordance with the bid <br /> requirements, evidenced with financial position and resources that assures the ability to complete <br /> ' the contract at the prices offered. <br /> PLEASE NOTE: During the evaluation phase of the Invitation For Bid the City will perform a <br /> thorough review of bidder's towing operation, may perform an on-site inspection of bidder's tow <br /> trucks and facility, and may request a financial statement or annual report in order to determine <br /> the stability of business. <br />
