6. Buyer agrees to seal coat and stripe the Property no later than June 30, 2020, all in <br /> accordance with City standards and requirements. <br /> 7. The City shall not provide title insurance,however, Buyer may obtain title insurance <br /> on its own discretion and at its own cost. <br /> 8. At settlement,the City shall deliver to Buyer a quitclaim deed to the Property in such <br /> form and together with such documentation as shall be required for recording said deed. Buyer <br /> agrees to pay for transfer tax stamps,the cost of recording with the Recorder of Deeds any of the <br /> documents necessary to complete the transfer of ownership and any other additional documents <br /> required. <br /> 9. Buyer shall be responsible for all Real Estate T�es accruing subsequent to <br /> Settlement date. <br /> 10. City and Buyer represent to <br /> each other that any such professional fees and expenses incurred in connection with this Agree- <br /> ment and its performance or in any other regard, shall be the sole obligation of that party, and <br /> each parly shall pay its own expenses related to this Agreement and performance of its respective <br /> obligations hereunder. <br /> 12.
