POSSESSION. Effective January 1, 2020, it shall be unlawful for a,person 21 eaY rs of <br /> age or older to possess cannabis: <br /> 1, more than 30 r�ams of cannabis flower,more than 500 milli ra� ms of <br /> THC contained in cannabis-infused�product, and more than 5 �rams of cannabis <br /> concentrate• <br /> 2. in a school bus, unless permitted for a qualifyin�patient or care 1g_v_er <br /> pursuant to the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act; <br /> 3. on the �rour�ds of an�preschool or primar�or secondarX schaol, unless <br /> permitted for a qualifvin�patient or caregiver pursuant to the Illinais Compassionate Use <br /> af Medical Cannabis Pilot Pro�ram Act; <br /> 4. in any correctional facilitv; <br /> �. in any vehicle not apen ta the public unless the cannabis is in a <br /> reasonably secured, sealed container and reasonably inaccessible while the vehicle is <br /> movin�; or <br /> 6. in a private residence that is used at any tirne to provide licensed child <br /> care ar other similar social service care on the premises. <br /> E. CUNSUMPTION. Effective.Tanuarv 1, 2020, it sha�1 be unlawful for a persan 21 �rs <br /> af age or older to use cannabis: <br /> 1. in a schaol bus,unless i�ermitted for a c�ualifYing�atient or care�iver <br /> pursuant to the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Prograrn Act; <br /> 2. on the �?rounds of an�t�reschool or primary or secandary schoal, unless <br /> permitted for a qualifyin�patient or care i�;ver pursuant to the Illinois Compassionate Use <br /> of Medical Cannabis Pi1ot Pro�ram Act; <br /> 3. in any correctional facilitv; <br /> 4. in anv mator vehicle; <br /> 5. in a private residence that is used at anv time to provide licensed child <br /> care or ather similar social service care on the bremises; <br /> 6. in an�public,place; or <br /> 7. knowin�lY in close,proximity to anyone under 21 vears of a�e who is <br /> not a registered medical cannabis�atient under the Illinois Compassionate Use of <br /> Medical Cannabis Pilot Pra�ram Act. <br />
