<br /> AR'T7CE.E 5 OWNER'S RESPONSIBILiTl�B
<br /> §S.1 Unless othervvise provided for under this Agreement,the Owner shall providc iafotmation in a timely manner
<br /> regarding requirements for and limitations oa the ProjecG iacluding a written program,whiah shall set farth the
<br /> Owner's objecdves;schedule;constraints and criteria,including space requiremeats aad relarionship9;flexibility;
<br /> expandability;special equipment;systems;and site requirements.
<br /> §5.2 The Owner shall establish the Owner's budget for the Project,including{l)the budgct far the Cost of the Work
<br /> as defined in Section 6.1;(2)the Owner"s other costs;and,(3)reasonablo contingencies related to all of Wese costs.
<br /> The(Jwucr shall ugdatc thc Owner's budgct for tha Projcct as ncccssary throughout thc duration oF thc Projcct until
<br /> fioal completion.If t6e Owncr significantly inercascs or decrcases thc Owncr's budget for tba Cosc of thc Work,thc
<br /> Owner shall notify the Architect.The Owner and the Architect shalt thereafter agree to a corresponding change in the
