<br /> §9.3.1 Aay digital dsta provided by Architect is furnished for convenienca only,end is fumished"as is",and Architect
<br /> discleims any eacpress or imptied warranties,including,without limitation,Arcbitect d�s not warrant that the digital
<br /> date will:be complete,accurate,cucreat,or the finel versions;meet Owner's spccific aeeds or requiremants;be
<br /> esror-free,readable in suy particuler medium or on any particular system,able to be manipulated or used wit6 any
<br /> particular soRware,or frec from viruses or other malicious code.
<br /> §9.3.2 Owner is obfigated to verify the accuracy of any digital data,
