Scope of Service <br /> MMA proposes to provide the following services and deliverables for this project. <br /> 1. Compile existing mapping and aerial photography from the City and IDOT to create a base map <br /> (no additional land surveying would be done for the Concept Plan). <br /> 2. Conduct a general site evaluation of the corridors and identify conditions or concerns that may <br /> need special attention. <br /> 3. Develop preliminary Concept Improvement Plans and any feasible options within the project <br /> area. <br /> 4. Present plans to City Staff and determine any additional investigation or consideration needed. <br /> 5. Refine the Concept Plans and add cross-sections or other graphic exhibits. <br /> 6. Present plans to the City Staff for approval. <br /> 7. Prepare displays for public viewing. <br /> 8. Participate in two Public Viewings to be organized by City Staff. <br /> 9. Collect, record and analyze community input. <br /> 10. Meet with City Staff to determine any revisions that may be needed. <br /> 11. Refine Plan and present to the City Council for discussion and approval. <br /> 12.
