Prairie St., with barricades at two corners; N. Main and E. <br /> Prairie and N. Water and E. Prairie St. <br /> Advance Preparation: <br /> Nov. 23— Post temporary signs along Prairie and Merchant warning of street closure. <br /> Dec. 1 — Barricades delivered by City of Decatur. <br /> Dec. 2— <br /> 7 am to 10 pm - Barricades erected at street corners by event volunteers. <br /> 9 am - Sixteen picnic tables delivered by Decatur Park District to Merchant and 100 block <br /> of E. Prairie St. <br /> Afternoon (after lunch) - Food trucks set up. <br /> Health Guidelines: <br /> Masks will be recommended for all customers, staff, and volunteers. <br /> Downtown establishments will limit the number of customers inside based on guidelines. <br /> Outdoor waiting lines will be established as needed with appropriate distancing. <br /> Outdoor seating will be appropriately spaced in the street. <br /> Accommodations for Merchants: <br /> Sidewalk Sales: <br /> Participating downtown merchants will be offered the opportunity to set up for sales on the <br /> sidewalk outside their establishments during Christmas Walk hours, including retail, <br /> restaurants, and bars. <br /> Sales may include alcoholic beverages (signature cocktails) at the establishments that <br /> currently possess liquor licenses. <br />
