OOPENGOV <br /> Record Type OpenGov will configure up to 2 standard record type drafts of <br /> Configuration Customer's record types in the PLC system. <br /> (OpenGov- <br /> Standard) Along with Customer input OpenGov will be responsible for building: <br /> • Customer Application Forms <br /> • Customer Workflow <br /> • Output Documents <br /> • Adding in Customer Fees <br /> OpenGov will hold working sessions*between the OpenGovand <br /> Customer for the purpose of validating, reviewing,and iterating upon <br /> draft record types configuration. <br /> Record Type OpenGov will configure up to 2 Combination record type(any record <br /> Configuration type that combines 2 or more permits into one record type)drafts of <br /> (OpenGov- Customer's record types in the PLC system. <br /> Combination) <br /> OpenGov will hold working sessions*between the Analyst and <br /> Customer for the purpose of validating, reviewing,and iterating upon <br /> draft record types configuration. <br /> *Working All working sessions will focus on: <br /> Session • Forms <br /> • Workflows <br /> • Fee structures <br /> • Attachment requirements <br /> • Permit/license/letter templates <br /> • User access <br /> • Renewal processes <br /> • Inspection checklists <br /> • Public portal <br /> Migrations and Integrations <br /> DescriptionFunctionality <br /> Historical Data OpenGov will scope,format,and script data from Customer's DB2 <br /> Migration export to the PLC suite. <br /> • Resulting migration script provides an initial load of data into the <br /> PLC suite. <br /> • Just prior to Deploy,after Customer acceptance, OpenGov will <br /> re-run the migration with the latest data. <br /> • Dependant on having an MAT migration <br /> Data migration includes: <br /> • Applicant data <br /> 17 <br />
