MV established itself as a leader in paratransit services, gaining 15 years of experience before the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) passed in 1990. Over the years, the breadth of our expertise expanded to include fixed route, campus, corporate, airport shuttle, and student transportation. Today, MV is the largest privately-owned passenger • transportation contracting services firm in North America. For the past year, MV has helped the City realize a turnkey paratransit and fixed- route operation. MV's dedicated to continuing the work we started with DPTS to innovate, improve, and deliver friendly, professional, and safe service to these services' patrons. • As described throughout this proposal, MV has a well-thought-out plan to deliver • qualified personnel, a dynamic leadership team, an award-winning safety program, a professional training program, and a meticulous maintenance program to support the health and safety of the fleet.
