decatur [:)OPERATION OF TRANSIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES iiuiiilc
1(transit
S
ystem
b. Innovative Management Techniques
Over the past three years, MV's owners made the strategic decision to
initiate transformational leadership changes within the organization. As a
result, our organization has altered its operational approach to realize
greater flexibility, support, and capacity throughout the enterprise.
With a technology-focused executive team in place, MV is positioned to drive
: innovation within its operations faster and with greater precision. We have
introduced machine learning into our operations to yield predictive models to
which we shape our services.
Alliance for Innovation in Mobility
MV also initiated the Alliance for Innovation in Mobility (AIM) Partner Network, a
first of its kind partnership program. Under the AIM Partner Network, MV will
bring credible, vetted transportation partners to DPTS in the areas of technology
• systems, operations and maintenance, safety and security, and employee
• experience. MV formally invites member companies to participate, based on their
innovative technology and corporate compatibility. Together, we will establish
mutually beneficial commitments to add value to our relationship.
Voice of the Customer Program
To further strengthen our relationship with DPTS, MV has established the Voice
: of the Customer (VOC) program tailored to receive feedback from the local team
and DPTS. Once we receive the feedback, the regional leadership team and the
t1 executive team formulate a focused action plan that captures client expectations,
concerns, and perceptions. This collaborative process ensures that MV's local
® teams have the tools they need to meet their clients' expectations.
T Transformation and Change Department
From an organizational aspect, MV has transformed its approach to operations
with several key initiatives. First, we created a transformation and change
department dedicated to managing all MV services that are undergoing a startup,
= model change, technology changes, or other system transformations. This team's
support to our field operations eliminates the administrative management of
operational change and frees up our transportation experts to focus on
transformation on the ground.
MV TRANSPORTATION , INC.- RFP TRANSIT #2020-01 35
