03 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FY2020-2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN <br /> INCLUDING THE FY2020 ACTION PLAN <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur desires to continue our partnership with U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)to bring funding to our community and; <br /> WHEREAS, in order to receive HUD monies, HUD requires the adoption of our 2020- <br /> 2024 Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan and; <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council agree adopting these plans are in the best <br /> interests of the City of Decatur. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the FY2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and the FY2020 Annual Action <br /> Plan be, and the same are, hereby approved, adopted and placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
