G-5236-01-21 COUNTY CLERK MACON COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS,the County of Macon is desirous of erosion and sediment control on various <br /> construction sites in the County of Macon; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Village of Forsyth is desirous of erosion and sediment control on various <br /> construction sites in the Village of Forsyth; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Village of Mt. Zion is desirous of erosion and sediment control on various <br /> construction sites in the Village of Mt. Zion; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur is desirous of erosion and sediment control on various <br /> construction sites in the City of Decatur; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation District(SWCD)is desirous of <br /> erosion and sediment control on various construction sites throughout the County. <br /> WHEREAS, the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation District(SWCD)agrees to <br /> perform the educational portion of the IEPA General Permit for Discharges from Small <br /> Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems(General NPDES Permit No. ILR40) for the Macon <br /> County MS4; and <br /> WHEREAS,the County of Macon is a body politic and corporate in the State of Illinois; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Village of Forsyth is a body politic and corporate in the State of Illinois; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Village of Mt.Zion is a body politic and corporate in the State of Illinois;and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur is a body politic and corporate in the State of Illinois;and <br /> WHEREAS,the MS4 organization believes Macon County Soil and Water Conservation <br /> District(SWCD)will be the best organization to organize and-hold the educational trainings to <br /> educate the landowners,homeowners,and contactors of Macon County, Illinois,and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,in consideration of the mutual agreement contained in this agreement,the <br /> County of Macon,Village of Forsyth, Village of Mt. Zion, City of Decatur and Macon County <br /> Soil and Water Conservation District agree as follows: <br /> 1. Each MS4 member agency will pay the District$1,000 per calendar year for the <br /> cost of educational items. This will be due January 1 of each year. <br />
