2. The District agrees to perform the education portion by providing a minimum of <br /> two(2) educational programs within the MS4 year(April 1-March 31)to the <br /> construction industry, including general contractors,engineers,landscape <br /> architects and developers. <br /> 3. The District shall pay for the website host fees,maintenance fees, and all <br /> educational event-planning items that pertain with the MS4. <br /> 4. This agreement shall be in full force and effect upon its approval by the Village of <br /> Forsyth,Village of Mt.
