Easement and plat preparation <br /> 2. 30% design of the station, forcemain and gravity sewer. <br /> 3. 60% design and cost estimate <br /> 4. 90% design and cost estimate <br /> 5. Final documents for bid <br /> 6. Bidding Services <br /> Construction engineering services will be completed with a separate professional services agreement. <br /> The fee for the services is proposed to be $180,859. This cost appears to be reasonable for the design <br /> work required. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Clark Dietz Inc. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, Public Works Director and Paul Caswell, City Engineer. <br /> Matt Newell will attend the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this <br /> item. <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: The proposed Agreement was provided to the Legal Department for review on <br /> January 81h, 2021. <br /> SCHEDULE: Final design services will begin upon approval of the Council and is scheduled for <br /> completion in July. The project is anticipated to be bid in July with bids presented to Council for <br /> approval in August/September of 2021 to stay on track with the development. <br /> — 3 — <br />
