SCOTT COMPANY FOR <br /> MUNICIPAL SERVICES FUEL SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote received for Municipal Services Fuel System Improvements, <br /> and presented to the Council herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the quote of W.J. Scott Company, in the amount of$93,055.10 be, and it <br /> is hereby, accepted and a contract awarded,accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be,and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois,and W. J.
