RESOLUTION NO.R2021- 104 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE <br /> FOR HVAC AT <br /> -DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the HVAC chiller repairs performed by Trane US,Inc. be,and the same is <br /> hereby,approved and said payment be made in an amount not to exceed$40,000.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Emergency Proclamation, attached hereto and marked Exhibit A <br /> making findings,authorizing the repairs and authorizing expenditures is incorporated and adopted <br /> herein. <br /> Section 3. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
