However, <br /> the resolution documents used in the July 6 council packets all had the same error:they named the wrong vendor. So these same <br /> actions appear now on the consent agenda to correct this error with updated resolutions showing the correct vendor. Staff is not <br /> requesting authorization for any additional vehicles beyond those approved on July 6. <br /> 1. Resolution in the amount of$304,888.22 to Rush Truck Centers for two(2)2022 International HV507 SFA 4x2's single axle <br /> dump trucks with plows and spreaders for the Municipal Services Division. <br /> 2.Resolution in the amount of$160,666.93 to Rush Truck Centers for one(1)2022 International HV507 SFA 6x4 tandem axle <br /> dump truck with a plow and spreader for the Municipal Services Division. <br /> 3. Resolution in the amount of$126,477.68 to Rush Truck Centers for one(1)2022 International HV507 SFA 6x4 tandem axle <br /> dump truck for the Water Distribution Services Division. <br /> BACKGROUND: Public Works Memorandum 2021-65,presented to Council on July 6,is attached for your information.
