American Rescue Plan Fund (#99) $450,000. <br /> $450,000 in monies received from ARP so that they can be used for augmenting payments to <br /> eligible persons needing rent, mortgage, and utility assistance due to job displacement caused by <br /> COVID. <br /> Section 9. American Rescue Plan Fund (#99) $420,796. <br /> $420,796 in monies received from ARP to replenish revenues lost in the State Motor Fuel Tax <br /> Fund and the Local Roads and Street Fund due to COVID losses through the allocation of ARP <br /> revenue placement monies. <br /> Section 10. General Fund (#10) $500,000 <br /> $500,000 in monies received from ARP revenue replacement funds to be expended on one-time <br /> expenses in the Decatur Police and Fire Departments that will better prepare and equip first <br /> responders to meet COVID-related obligations. <br /> Section 13. General Fund (#10) $500,000 <br /> $500,000 in monies received from ARP revenue replacement funds to be expended for <br /> equipment acquisition as determined by the City Council. <br />
