Section 6. Fiber Optics Fund (#77) $1,000,000. $1,000,000 in monies received from ARP to be expended on the improvement and enlargement of the city's broadband network. Section 7. American Rescue Plan Fund (#99) $2,000,000. $2,000,000 in monies received from ARP for use in providing housing assistance in the form of rehabilitation of existing structures in qualifying census tracts. Section 8. American Rescue Plan Fund (#99) $450,000. $450,000 in monies received from ARP so that they can be used for augmenting payments to eligible persons needing rent, mortgage, and utility assistance due to job displacement caused by COVID. Section 9. American Rescue Plan Fund (#99) $420,796. $420,796 in monies received from ARP to replenish revenues lost in the State Motor Fuel Tax Fund and the Local Roads and Street Fund due to COVID losses through the allocation of ARP revenue placement monies. Section 10. American Rescue Plan Fund(#99) $2,074,608. $2,074,608 in monies received from ARP to replenish revenues lost in the General Fund due to COVID losses through the allocation of ARP revenue placement monies. Section 11. American Rescue Plan Fund(#99) $200,000. $200,000 in monies received from ARP for the one-time assistance of regional tourism venues that were closed for most of 2020 due to COVID, and which are not eligible for Federal Relief funds that may have been made available to other regional tourism venues that were closed for most of 2020 due to COVID. Section 12. General Fund (#10) $500,000 $500,000 in monies received from ARP revenue replacement funds to be expended on one-time expenses in the Decatur Police and Fire Departments that will better prepare and equip first responders to meet COVID-related obligations. Section 13. General Fund (#10) $500,000 $500,000 in monies received from ARP revenue replacement funds to be expended for equipment acquisition as determined by the City Council.
