City Plan Commission <br /> August 5,2021 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 1. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Community Development Department and Public Works Department prior to building <br /> permits being released. <br /> 2. A minor subdivision plat for the new combined lot shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Community Development Department and Public Works Department prior to building <br /> permits being released. <br /> Discussion amongst the Plan Commission members and City staff followed Mr. Crowe's <br /> presentation including the traffic signal at US Route 36. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members Jason Drake, Bruce Frantz, Pat McDaniel, Andrew <br /> Taylor and Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. Appearance of Citizens <br /> No citizen expressed comments. <br /> V. Comments and Information from Commission Members and Staff <br /> Mr. Crowe stated this meeting with be Mrs. Janet Poland's last meeting as she is retiring on Friday, <br /> August 6th. Mr. Crowe and Chairman Peck expressed their thanks for all the help Mrs. Poland has <br /> given them, the Commission and the Economic and Community Development Department over the <br /> years. <br /> VI. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, it was moved and seconded(McDaniel/Taylor)to adjourn the <br /> meeting. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members Jason Drake, Bruce Frantz, Pat McDaniel,Andrew <br /> Taylor and Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Chairman Peck declared the meeting adjourned at 3:08 P.M. <br /> Bruce Frantz, Secretary, Decatur City Plan Commission <br />
