Any trips in excess of the four trips included in this proposal can be provided and can be performed as an additional service on an as needed/as-requested basis,billed at an hourly rate of$I50.00/hr. • Provide final project observation site visit to create and distribute a final project Punch List and a final letter stating that,to the best of the Engineer's knowledge,information,and belief,the Work complies with the requirements of the Contract Documents. • All other Construction phase services not specifically listed above have been excluded from this proposal,including but not limited to the following: a. Review of contractor pay applications and/or attendance at contractor pay meetings. b. Issue Certificates of Substantial Completion c. Provide to the Owner,for the Owner's review and records,written warranties and related documents required by the Contract Documents.This shall be provided by the Contractor. E.
