Introductions. <br /> The meeting began with introductions of City of Decatur Representatives Matt Newell, <br /> Director of Public Works, Paul Caswell, City Engineer and Keith Alexander, Water <br /> Production Manager, Chaundra Smith, Water Production Operations Supervisor and <br /> Randy Weaver, Water Production Maintenance Supervisor, as well as Ty Besalke, <br /> Water Group Manager, Jeff Large, Lead Structural Engineer, Lane Rumple, Water <br /> Resources Engineer and Amanda Withers, Project Engineer/Manager from the <br /> consulting engineering firm of Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT). <br /> I. Bids Will Be Opened Friday, December 3, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. CDT. <br /> II. Bidding Requirements discussion included the background of the project and an <br /> overview of the design including discussion of the following items. <br /> The City and CMT noted the following items to the attendees: <br /> • The Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes and Attendance List will be issued as a part of <br /> Addendum Number 1. <br />
