Additionally, there are communal areas for group activities and <br /> support spaces for staff. The structure will have a concrete foundation, concrete slab on grade, <br /> wood-framed walls, and wood roof trusses. The exterior finishes will consist of fiber-cement or <br /> similar engineered wood/vinyl siding, and may include brick or stone accents, single hung <br /> Energy Star certified windows, steel and aluminum entry doors, and asphalt shingle roofs. <br /> Appliances will include a range, Energy Star refrigerator, and a combo microwave/exhaust vent <br /> hood.
