Services <br /> include ensuring that care provided integrates all aspects of members lives including mental <br /> and emotional health, physical health and wellness, employment and education, social and <br /> family relationships, substance use and abuse issues, spiritual and community-integration. <br /> Neighborhood Amenities <br /> The proposed site is served by many public services and community amenities. Across the <br /> street from the site is an Illinois Secretary of State facility and within a mile there is a post <br /> office. The public library is 2.6 miles from the site. Within one mile of the site, there is a full <br /> service grocery store, retails stores, restaurants, churches, banks, and medical facilities. East <br /> Mound Park is located less than a mile from the site and is 39 acres featuring woodlands, creek <br /> access, walking trails, restrooms, a concession stand and picnic pavilions.
