The PARTIES have entered into an AGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT AND <br /> OPERATION OF CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION <br /> SERVICES, dated January 20, 2021, (the"AGREEMENT"),pursuant to which <br /> CONTACTOR provides transportation services to the CITY; and <br /> B.
