29.TENANT FINANCIAL CERTIFICATIONS. Owner shall obtain income information from <br /> each prospective Low- or Very Low-Income Tenant, prior to admission to the <br /> residential unit, and issue a certification of income ("Certification"). Owner shall <br /> annually submit Certification for tenants for all HOME funded residential units. Owner <br /> shall obtain documentation which supports the Certification, and shall retain such <br /> documentation and Certification for a minimum of five years. Owner shall permit <br /> annual or bi-annual inspections of all units by employees, agents, or representatives of <br /> City. As required under 24 CFR 92.252(f)(2), the City will review the Certifications for <br /> compliance each year and approve or disapprove the Certification each year. <br /> 30.MAXIMUM RENTS.
