AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of not to exceed <br /> $26,100,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022, of the City of <br /> Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, to finance water and sewer <br /> infrastructure improvements,authorizing designated officials to sell <br /> said bonds by the execution of a notification of sale, providing for <br /> the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the <br /> principal and interest on said bonds and authorizing the sale of said <br /> bonds to Robert W. Baird&Co. Incorporated. <br /> (the "Bond Ordinance"). <br /> Council Member (ire nmoved and Council Member Iti U <br /> seconded the motion that the Bond Ordinance as presented be adopted. <br /> After a full discussion thereof, the Mayor directed that the roll be called for a vote upon <br /> the motion to adopt the Bond Ordinance. <br /> Upon the roll being called,the following Council fMembers voted AYE: <br /> Flew,bQ0- <br /> a1 �- MQ i3 r 30 rol, l <br /> and the following Council Members voted NAY: <br /> WHEREUPON,the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Bond Ordinance adopted,and <br /> henceforth did approve and sign the same in open meeting, and did direct the City Clerk to record <br /> the same in full in the records of the Council of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Other business was duly transacted at said meeting. <br /> Upon motion duly made and carried, the meeting adjourned. <br /> r. <br /> t it Jerk <br />
