ORDINANCE NUMBER k4,—OG <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of not to exceed <br /> $26,100,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022, of the City of <br /> Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, to finance water and sewer <br /> infrastructure improvements,authorizing designated officials to sell <br /> said bonds by the execution of a notification of sale, providing for <br /> the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the <br /> principal and interest on said bonds and authorizing the sale of said <br /> bonds to Robert W. Baird&Co. Incorporated. <br /> Adopted by the Council on the <br /> 22nd day of February, 2022. <br />
