M�- 07 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 52- <br /> -ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR— <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 52 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by amending Section 17, so that Section 17 as so modified <br /> and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 17. HOURS. No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic liquor, and no licensee <br /> shall permit the same, on or in the premises licensed hereunder with a liquor license except for <br /> Class H between 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. on Mondays through Sundays except that alcoholic <br /> liquor may be sold or consumed until 3:00 A.M. on January 1, each year, and, as of July 1,2022, <br /> no alcoholic liquor may be sold between 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. by means of a window, <br /> porthole,aperture or similar opening accessible to persons from outside of the premises. No person <br /> shall sell,deliver or consume alcoholic liquor,and no licensee shall permit the same,on or in any <br /> premises licensed hereunder with a Class H license before 10:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on any <br /> day. <br /> Section 2.
