ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS <br /> CHAPTER 52 <br /> -ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR— <br /> 17. HOURS. No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic liquor, and no licensee shall <br /> permit the same,on or in the premises licensed hereunder with a liquor license except for Class H <br /> between 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. on Mondays through Sundays except that alcoholic liquor may <br /> be sold or consumed until 3:00 A.M. on January 1,each year, and,as of July 1,2022,no alcoholic <br /> liquor may be sold between 10.00 P.M. and 6.00 A.M. by means of a window,porthole, aperture <br /> or similar opening accessible to persons from outside of the premises. No person shall sell,deliver <br /> or consume alcoholic liquor,and no licensee shall permit the same,on or in any premises licensed <br /> hereunder with a Class H license before 10:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on any day. <br />
